If not installed properly, damage may occur to the fiberglass.
Twin Rack is not meant to be attached other than for lake use. (Don't trailer with the rack mounted)
Rack is only intended for securing wake skates, wake boards and wake surfboards.
If customer is unsure of installation on his/her boat, then customer should contact boat dealer or boat manufacturer for questions concerning location of mount.
Warranty:
2NSANE warranties and obligation set forth are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of 2NSANE products, its distributors, or retailers. All 2NSANE products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship except otherwise provided herein.
2NSANE's warranty extends for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required from an authorized 2NSANE dealer "RECEIPT MUST CLEARLY INDENTIFY THE DEALER". 2NSANE will at manufacturer's option repair or replace any product which exhibits defects in material or workmanship. Repaired or Replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
2NSANE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Cost of return shipments to 2NSANE.
Normal wear and tear including scratches, nicks, or fading.
Damage caused by modifications and/or use of equipment not provided with the purchase of 2NSANE product.
Damaged caused by misuse. The validity of damage or any like situation reports are at the discretion of 2NSANE warranty personnel.
LIABILITY AND SUITABILITY OF USE
Activities involving the use of 2NSANE products, assume the risk of bodily injury arising from those activities.
2NSANE is not liable to the users of third parties for any incidental or consequential damages, including damages for personal injury, beyond the responsibility 2NSANE assumes for replacement or repair of its products subject to the conditions set forth herein.
The customer/purchaser/user (known as the customer) of any product purchased from 2NSANE hereby agrees to the following.
Customer acknowledges and understands that the sport of wakeboarding and the use of wakeboarding equipment involves risk of injury and the customer also acknowledges his/her voluntary participation in these activities with a clear understanding of the dangers involved. Customer hereby agrees to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death as the user of this equipment.
Customer agrees that he/she releases 2NSANE as well as any designated company representatives from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries, death or damages incurred while using this equipment. Customer is aware that this is a complete release of liability for every product purchased from 2NSANE and is in effect indefinitely.
